Teams operating in the research departments are comprised of research directors, researcher executives and research assistants who handle preparation of survey projects, research plans and presentation of findings.
Personnel engaged in the internal side of fieldwork procedures (connected with qualitative and quantitative research, conducted face-to-face, by phone and online) organize data collection in the field and coordinate the interviewing activities of our network of interviewers.
EDP department handles the automation of data collection, reporting and statistical analysis of the information gathered, in cooperation with the research teams.
Other departments – Finance and Control, Human Resources, – provide their services across the whole organization.
