Face-to-face interviews are usually conducted in the respondents’ homes. GfK Hellas has about 120 face-to-face interviewers. As they represent our company in public, it is very important that they are able to create a positive atmosphere and are attentive, as well as quick and adaptable.
You must be able to:
· follow instructions
· ask the exact questions from the questionnaire
· adopt a neutral attitude when respondents ask counter questions
· ask follow-up questions when answers are unclear or incomplete
